Add the chat bubble to a WordPress site with the ready-made plugin.

Download the plugin
Open Channels → WordPress (or Channels → Website → WordPress) and click Download plugin. The file is already set up for this agent.

Upload it
In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the file and click Activate.

Done
The chat bubble appears on every page of your site (not in the WordPress admin).

Plugin settings

Under Settings → (your brand) Chat in WordPress you can change the Agent key, the Server address, or tick Temporarily hide the chat bubble. You only need these if you move to another agent.
