Buttons and forms in chat

Booking, payment and link buttons, and short forms whose answers are saved as leads.

Open Build → Actions → Buttons & forms (or the Actions tab in the Playground). The agent shows these at the right moment.

TypeWhat the customer sees
BookingA button to your booking page (Calendly, Cal.com, Google Calendar…).
PaymentA button to your checkout or payment page (Stripe, PayPal, bKash and others).
LinkA button to any page: pricing, a WhatsApp chat (wa.me/…), an order page.
FormA short form inside the chat (name, phone, order ID…). Answers are saved in Activity → Leads.

For each one, write When should the agent use it? in plain words — e.g. When the customer wants to talk to sales — and switch it on. Start from a template if you like. Up to 20 per agent; a form can have up to 10 fields (text, email, phone, number or long text), each optionally required.

On WhatsApp and Telegram, buttons are sent as links.

Submitted forms trigger the lead.created webhook event, so you can send them straight to your CRM or a spreadsheet.
