WhatsApp broadcasts
Send a message to your WhatsApp contacts, with personalisation and opt-outs.
Outbound sends one message to many contacts from a connected WhatsApp number.
- Contacts are added automatically when people message you on WhatsApp; you can also import a list under Contacts.
- Write the message. Use
{name}to insert each person's name. - Choose the number, review and send. Messages go out gradually to protect the number.
An opt-out line ("Reply STOP to unsubscribe") is added by default. People who opt out are skipped automatically. Only message people who agreed to hear from you.
