Working with customers

Widgets

Show answers as cards, lists, tables, order trackers and tap-to-choose options.

Open Build → Widgets. Start from a template (order tracker, product cards, invoices, booking slots, subscription), let the AI design one from a description, or build it yourself.

Layouts

  • Card — one thing: an order, a subscription, an account (rows of label → value).
  • List — several things with picture, price and a button (products, orders).
  • Table — rows and columns (invoices, payments).
  • Tracker — progress steps (order status).
  • Choices — tap to choose; the choice is sent as the customer's message (time slots, sizes).

Each can have a heading, badge and up to four buttons (open a link, or send a message).

Filling it with data

Values are placeholders into the data: {{status}}, {{tracking.url}}, and inside a list {{title}} is the item's field. Filters format them: {{price | money:USD}}, {{amount | cents | money:EUR}}, {{created | date}}, {{start | datetime}}, {{status | title}}, {{text | truncate:60}}, {{x | default:—}}. Paste sample data (or use an action's last answer) and the preview updates as you type.

Where widgets appear

  • From an action — choose actions under *Where it appears* (or in the action's settings). When the action succeeds, its answer is shown with the widget and the agent only adds a short summary.
  • Filled by the AI — switch on *The AI can show it with its own data* for things like a plan comparison built from your knowledge.
  • A widget with a key replaces the older one with the same key, so a cart or an order updates in place.

On WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and email the same widget is sent as a short, tidy text list.
