Working with customers
Agency plan: client workspaces
Run AI support for your clients: separate workspaces, your branding and domain, shared credits.
On the Agency plan, every client gets their own workspace with its own agents, inbox, tickets, team and reports. All workspaces share your plan's credits.
Add a client
- Open Clients in the sidebar and click Add client.
- Enter the business name. Add the client's email only if they should log in themselves.
- Optionally set a monthly credit cap so one client can't use up your whole pool. When a client reaches it, their agent pauses until the next month.
Work inside a client
Click Open next to a client, or pick it from the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar. A yellow bar shows whose workspace you're in. Build their agent, connect their channels and answer their chats as usual. Back to my agency returns you. Billing, members and API keys are managed from your agency workspace.
Give clients their own login
Add their email and choose what they can do:
- Full access — everything in their workspace except billing.
- Answer chats only — inbox, leads and tickets; they can't change the agent.
Turn on Email them an invitation and they get a link to choose a password. Clients never see your other clients, and their plan page says billing is managed by you.
Your branding
Under Clients → Your branding set your agency name, logo, colour, website and support email. Clients see them on their dashboard, login page and invitations, and their chat widgets show “Powered by” your agency — or nothing, if you switch on Hide “Powered by”.
Your own domain
Enter a domain such as app.youragency.com, add a CNAME record pointing to our address shown on the page, and contact us to switch it on. Clients then log in at your domain; sign-up is turned off there.
Pause or delete
Pause stops a client's agents and logins until you resume. Delete removes the workspace with all its agents and chats — type the client's name to confirm.
