Channels
Website chat bubble
Add the chat bubble, a full-page help link or an embedded chat to any website.
Chat bubble
Copy the code from Channels → Chat bubble. It looks like this:
<script src="https://anytimereply.com/widget.js" data-agent="YOUR_AGENT_KEY" defer></script>Paste it just before </body> on every page, or in your site builder's "custom code" setting. WordPress users can install our plugin from the same page; on Shopify, paste it in Online Store → Themes → Edit code → theme.liquid.
Help page link
Every agent has a hosted full-page chat at https://anytimereply.com/embed/YOUR_AGENT_KEY. Share it as a link or QR code, or put it behind a "Chat with us" button.
Embed inside a page
<iframe src="https://anytimereply.com/embed/YOUR_AGENT_KEY" style="width:100%;height:640px;border:0;border-radius:12px"></iframe>Open the chat from your own button
window.AnytimeReply.open(); // also: .close() and .toggle()Proactive messages
Open Outbound → Website messages to greet visitors before they ask. Each message has:
- When to show it: after some seconds on the page, after scrolling a percentage of the page, after viewing several pages, or when the visitor is about to leave (desktop).
- Where: every page, or pages whose address contains, starts with or equals what you enter (for example
/pricing). - Devices and frequency: desktop, mobile or both; once per visitor, once per visit or every time.
The message appears in a small bubble next to the chat button; clicking it opens the chat with that message as the first reply. Only one message shows per page, and never while the chat is open. You see how often each one was shown, clicked and turned into a chat.
Show a message from your own code with window.AnytimeReply.showMessage("MESSAGE_ID") — click the message's ID in the list to copy it.
Only on your domains
Under Channels → Chat bubble → Allowed domains list the sites that may show your bubble (one per line). Leave it empty to allow any site.
