Add the chat bubble

1. In Shopify, open Online Store → Themes → ⋯ → Edit code.
2. Open theme.liquid.
3. Paste the chat bubble code from Channels → Website → Chat bubble just before </body> and save.

Import your products

Open Build → Data sources → Shopify and enter your store address. Every product is imported with prices, variants and stock — no API key needed (it reads your store's public catalogue). The agent can then recommend products and show product cards with photos and prices. With daily auto-retrain (higher plans) products re-sync every night.

Look up orders

To let customers check or cancel orders in the chat, connect Shopify under Build → Actions → Connections & integrations. See Ready-made integrations.
