Alerts and daily report

Get a WhatsApp, Telegram or email message when a chat needs your team, and a daily summary.

Open the agent's Settings → Notifications.

Alerts

Your team gets a message when a chat is handed to the team and when an action needs approval. Choose any of:

  • WhatsApp numbers — with country code, comma separated (e.g. 8801711111111). Sent from this agent's connected WhatsApp; the AI never replies to these numbers.
  • Telegram — click Find my chat and follow the steps; the chat (or group) is added.
  • Emails.

Alerts say who the customer is, why they need help and where to reply. Add the AnytimeReply chat link to alerts can be switched off if your staff reply from AnyChat or Meta Business Suite instead.

Departments can add their own alert targets.

On a self-hosted platform, Telegram and email alerts need the administrator to set up the alert bot and outgoing email first.

Daily report

Switch on Daily report, choose Send at and the time zone. Every day you get the last 24 hours: new chats by channel, AI replies, handoffs, new leads, open tickets, ratings, credits left and the questions the AI couldn't answer — sent to the alert email, Telegram chats and WhatsApp numbers above (email goes to the account owner if no alert email is set). Send one now to preview it.

In the dashboard

The bell shows mentions, chats assigned to you, trigger notifications and usage-limit warnings.

Other places

  • Slack channel alerts, Zapier, Make or n8n — see Webhooks.
  • Credit warnings at 80% and 100% — Settings → Account → Usage warnings.
  • Weekly insights from the Copilot.
