Getting started

Instructions, language and model

Tell the agent how to behave, which language to reply in, how to quote prices and which AI model to use.

Instructions

Build → Instructions is where you describe the agent's job in plain words: its name, tone, what to recommend, what never to promise. Keep it short and specific — for example "Always mention free delivery inside Dhaka on orders over ৳1,000".

Reply language

In the Playground, the settings panel next to the chat has Reply language. Choose:

  • Any language — reply in the language the customer used (Bangla, Banglish, English, Hindi, Hinglish and more).
  • English or Bangla — always reply in that language.
  • Other — type any language name, such as Spanish or Arabic.

Prices & currency

If you sell in more than one currency, Settings → Prices & currency decides which one to quote: from the customer's country, phone number or language, or one fixed currency. The agent only quotes prices that are in your content — it never converts on its own.

AI model

Pick the model per agent in the same Playground panel, along with temperature and answer length. Stronger models use more credits per reply; the cost is shown next to each one. If you've connected your own AI key, replies use it and cost no credits.

Working hours

Settings → Working hours tells the agent when your team is around, so it can promise a callback at the right time instead of "right away".
