How to remove your data from AnytimeReply, including data from Facebook and Instagram.
Facebook and Instagram connections
You can remove the data we hold about your Facebook Page or Instagram account in any of these ways:
- In the dashboard: open your agent → Channels → Disconnect next to the Page or Instagram account. The stored access token is deleted immediately.
- In Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → select AnytimeReply → Remove. Facebook then asks us to delete the data and we remove the connections automatically.
- By request: email our contact page from your account email with the Page name, and we will delete it within 30 days.
Conversations and account data
- Account holders can delete conversations, contacts, knowledge sources or an entire agent from the dashboard at any time.
- To delete your whole account and everything in it, contact us at our contact page.
- If you chatted with a business that uses AnytimeReply and want your messages deleted, contact that business or write to us with the channel and the name or number you used.
