Click Activate on this account. Your account moves to its AppSumo tier right away, and Settings → Plans & billing shows the deal.
What's included
Each tier is a lifetime plan with its own agents, training data and channel limits (the same limits as the matching monthly plan), plus AI credits every month for the first 12 months from activation.
After the included AI credits
Your plan, agents and data stay, for life. To keep AI replies going, add your own AI key (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and others), and/or buy credit packs in Billing whenever you need them. Every tier includes a monthly allowance of own-key replies. We email you 30 days before the included credits end, and again when they do.
Upgrading your tier
Upgrade (or downgrade) on AppSumo and your account updates by itself, keeping your data and your credit dates. Monthly plans can't be bought on an account with a deal, since you don't need them.
Refunds
If you refund on AppSumo, the account goes back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.

If activation says the code is linked to another account, log in with that account instead. Still stuck? Contact us with your AppSumo license code (Billing shows the start and end of it).
