Terms of service

1. The Service

AnytimeReply lets you build AI agents trained on your own content and connect them to your website and messaging channels. Features and limits depend on your plan and may change as we improve the Service.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password and API keys secure.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by team members you invite.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages — broadcasts may only go to people who have agreed to hear from you, and opt-outs must be respected;
• break the law, infringe others’ rights, or share harmful, deceptive or illegal content;
• violate the rules of the platforms you connect, including WhatsApp, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Telegram;
• attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or access other customers’ data.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the Service or other customers at risk.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload and the conversations with your customers. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide the Service to you. You confirm you have the right to use the content and to message the customers you contact through the Service.

5. AI-generated answers

Agents generate answers automatically from your content. They are designed to avoid guessing, but answers can still be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing your agent’s configuration and for decisions made based on its answers. Do not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial or other critical advice.

6. Third-party platforms

Channels such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Telegram are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms. The WhatsApp connection works by linking a device (QR code) rather than the official WhatsApp Business API; the platform may limit or block numbers, especially when many unwanted messages are sent. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.

7. Plans, payments and credits

• Paid plans are prepaid monthly in Bangladeshi taka via bKash or Nagad, as shown on the pricing page.
• Message credits reset at the start of each billing period and unused credits do not roll over.
• When credits run out, agents stop replying until the next period or until you upgrade.
• For billing questions or refund requests, contact us at our contact page; requests are reviewed case by case.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but it is provided “as is” and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AnytimeReply is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and delete your agents at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. Questions? Contact us at our contact page. See also our privacy policy.
