Web search
Let the agent search the web when your own knowledge doesn't answer.
Turn on Settings → AI & answers → Search the web. When a question isn't answered by your sources, the AI can search the web, answer from what it finds and show the page it used as a source.
- Only these websites keeps searches on your own sites — for example your docs and blog — or a few trusted ones. Leave it empty to search the whole web.
- At most two searches per reply. Each search costs extra credits (shown on your plan page).
- Results are treated as information from other websites, never as instructions.
Web search is set up for the whole platform by the administrator; if the switch is greyed out, it isn't available yet.
